For everyone else, this is exactly the kind of place that makes a city stay feel like something more than just a hotel room. The kitchen is properly equipped for those who want to cook. Rue Brul\u00e9e sits in one of the most historically significant corners of Reims. The cathedral appears as you turn off the street \u2014 three minutes on foot. The future fine arts museum, currently being restored, is at the same distance. The Voie des Sacres runs directly behind the building.<\/p>\n      <p>And yet: no tourist flow past the windows, no coach party at 8am, no terrace noise drifting up from below.
